Marketing Materials

The Chamber will promote your event through: 

• Create and distribute an official Ribbon Cutting flyer
• Promote the event in our newsletter, website calendar, and social media
• Provide ribbon, ceremonial scissors, and two Chamber staff members for setup and introductions 

The Chamber will help advertise your ribbon cutting, but attendance cannot be guaranteed. Member participation depends on schedules and availability.

Host Responsibilities *

• Confirm date and time with Chamber staff
• Provide any refreshments, signage, or setup as desired
• Invite staff, family, and customers to attend
• Communicate any special remarks or recognitions in advance
