Business After Hours Host Application Form 

Hosting a Business After Hours event is a great way to showcase your business, network with fellow professionals, and connect with the Clemson area community. These evening events are relaxed, social, and designed to build relationships that strengthen our business network. 

Please complete the form below. Once submitted, Chamber staff will contact you to confirm your date, review expectations, and assist with logistics and promotion.

Standard time for Business After Hours is 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM (Exceptions must be approved by Chamber staff.)

By clicking the checkbox, you agree to the following host responsibilities: 

Food & Beverages: Hosts must provide complimentary food and beverages for guests. Light hors d’oeuvres and drinks (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) are recommended. Alcohol service must comply with all local and state regulations. 

Setup & Cleanup: The host is responsible for setup and cleanup, ensuring an inviting and functional space for guests. 

Networking Space: Provide an open area that allows for mingling, conversation, and community connection. 

Chamber Support: The Chamber provides registration support, signage, and a brief welcome message at your event, along with promotion across Chamber platforms. 

Cost to Host: There is no fee to host; however, hosts cover the cost of food, beverages, and any décor or entertainment.

The Chamber will promote your event through:

☑ Short event description (2–3 sentences)
☑ Optional event image or flyer
